Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Barber to join our vibrant grooming team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our diverse clientele while providing outstanding customer service. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior barbers, uphold sanitation standards, and contribute to creating a welcoming, skilled setting that encourages client loyalty and satisfaction.

Your expertise in hair styling combined with strong communication skills will help elevate our barbershop experience to recent heights.

Duties

- Perform precise haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and style requests
- Provide expert advice on hair care, styling techniques, and product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas regularly in accordance with health regulations
- Upsell retail products and grooming packages to increase sales while ensuring clients receive personalized recommendations
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and answering customer inquiries efficiently




- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills to foster repeat business and positive reviews
- Assist in training and mentoring junior barbers to ensure consistent service quality across the team

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a barber with a robust portfolio of hair styling work demonstrating versatility and skill
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and compliance with health regulations in a grooming environment
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively without being pushy
- Strong organizational skills for managing appointments and retail sales at the front desk
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide a welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Retail sales experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn product knowledge is essential
