Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Developer / Senior Designer with solid experience in Oracle FCCM/ECM, OFSAA, SQL/PLSQL, Unix, shell scripting, scheduling tools, and enterprise analytical applications . The ideal candidate will have strong software development and system design capabilities, with the ability to work closely with architects, business analysts, PMO, testing teams, and business stakeholders.

Senior-level candidates should also demonstrate technical leadership, solution design, integration, and end-to-end application development experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle FCCM/ECM, OFSAA, or similar enterprise analytical applications .
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop detailed technical designs, solution options, integration approaches, and application architectures .
- Work closely with Application Architects, Business Analysts, PMO, QA/Test teams, and business stakeholders .
- Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL programs, Unix shell scripts, batch processes, and data-processing workflows.
- Design and implement data analytics and analytical application solutions supporting end-to-end business requirements.
- Develop and integrate REST/API-based solutions and enterprise application integrations.
- Work with scheduling tools such as AutoSys and Control-M for batch/job scheduling and monitoring.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies , sprint planning, estimation, technical discussions, and delivery activities.
- Follow SDLC standards and contribute to code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Utilize DevOps and CI/CD practices to automate build, deployment, and release processes.
- Troubleshoot application, data, integration, and production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- For senior/lead-level candidates, provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and support design decisions.

Required Skills
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience for Intermediate/Senior Developer profiles.




- 10+ years preferred for Senior Developer / Senior Designer / Tech Lead profiles.
- Strong experience with Oracle FCCM / ECM / OFSAA or similar enterprise analytical platforms.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
- Strong Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting experience.
- Experience with enterprise scheduling tools such as AutoSys and Control-M .
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies .
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment processes .
- Strong understanding of data analytics solution design and enterprise application integration .
- Experience developing or integrating APIs and data interfaces .
- Ability to create detailed technical design documents and solution approaches .
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including architects, BAs, QA, PMO, and business stakeholders .

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) .
- Experience with Oracle Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) .
- Experience with ECM / Enterprise Case Management solutions.
- Knowledge of financial services, banking, AML, risk, or compliance applications.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ERwin , and related development/design tools.
- Exposure to enterprise data warehouses, analytical platforms, and data integration frameworks.
- Previous technical lead / solution design experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
