Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Performance, Evaluation and Strategic Initiatives to lead enterprise-wide performance, evaluation and strategic initiatives. This executive role reports to the CEO and sits on the Executive Leadership Team, guiding data-driven decision making and transformation across the organization.

The successful candidate will build high-impact evaluation frameworks, drive quality improvement, and align enterprise initiatives
