Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, consistency, and creativity to meet quality standards
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow during service hours
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and handling protocols to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Assist in training and mentoring junior cooks and kitchen staff to elevate overall team performance
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and communicate supply needs to management
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of presentation and taste

Requirements





- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
- Excellent skills in meal preparation, plating, and serving techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a leadership or senior cook role is highly preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, sanitation standards, and inventory management
