Optima Living is seeking a General Manager to lead a western Canada senior living community, reporting to the Senior Director of Operations. You will oversee operations, resident experience, financial performance, HR and service delivery in a safe, compliant and values-based environment.

You will work with regional leadership to implement productive systems, manage resources, and drive quality outcomes while upholding Optima Living's mission and resident-first philosophy.
