Oliver & Bonacini is seeking a Senior Cook for our Toronto, Ontario kitchen, bringing 2–3 years in quick-paced fine-dining or high-volume environments. You will lead your station, take direction from Sous Chef and General Manager, and mentor junior cooks with precision and calm under pressure.

Duties include organizing stations to O&B; standards, maintaining recipes, portion controls and presentation, keeping FIFO workflows, assisting with receiving and storage, and upholding strict cleanliness,
