Role: Sr Software Engineer

Location: Remote

Type: Contract

Tasked with the development of application components in support of an application portfolio management system. The application components send and receive, validate and transform data to and from other systems.

Required Qualifications

1. 7+ years of experience in software development and enterprise application integration.

2. Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications in cloud environments.

3. Robust proficiency in one or more programming languages such as:

- Java

- C#

- Python

- JavaScript/TypeScript

1. Experience developing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and services.

2. Experience integrating applications using APIs, file transfers, and messaging technologies.

3. Experience with source control systems such as Git.

4. Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

5.



Experience in documenting and presenting solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Application Portfolio Management and/or asset management systems such as SAP LeanIX and ServiceNow CMDB.

2. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

3. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

4. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation).

5. Familiarity with templating engines such as Jinja2, Apache Freemarker, and Pebble.

6. Familiarity with creating and/or using OpenAPI definitions.

7. Knowledge of enterprise authentication and authorization using industry-standard frameworks like OAuth 2.0.
