Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and payments
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety standards
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests,



and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the dining experience

Requirements

- Proven food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, with knowledge of serving techniques and hospitality principles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, change calculation, and inventory purposes
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
