Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling with precision and integrity
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas including dining spaces, counters, and kitchen stations
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to ensure timely service and quality standards are met
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar transaction platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
