We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service & Parts Advisor to join our automotive team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle service, repairs, and parts. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Explain service procedures, repair options, and parts availability clearly and transparently
- Upsell additional services or parts that enhance vehicle performance and safety while meeting customer needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and sales transactions
- Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs and services




- Promote dealership services and products to maximize sales opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training is essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Proven sales ability with a focus on upselling automotive services and parts
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes, parts inventory management, and cash handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Dealership experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
