Type: Contract Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with robust GRC expertise to support ServiceNow development and implementation, with a primary focus on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Policy & Compliance Management. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, primarily GRC / Policy & Compliance Management.

- Work on Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.

- Develop and maintain Inbound Email Actions.

- Configure and customize Service Catalog.

- Develop UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.

- Gather requirements and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.





- Follow ServiceNow development and configuration best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC / Policy & Compliance Management.

- Hands-on experience with:
- Security Incident Response (SIR)

- - Vulnerability Response (VR)

- - Inbound Email Actions

- - Service Catalog

- - UI Policies

- - UI Actions

- - Client Scripts

- - Business Rules

- - Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and workflows.

Mandatory CertificationsAll three certifications are mandatory:

- CSA – Certified System Administrator

- CAD – Certified Application Developer

- CIS – Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC
