The Information Services
Manager provides leadership and oversight for the Agency’s Information Services operations, technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, projects and service delivery, and supervises the I.S. Preference would be given to candidates who possess a post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in Information Technology or Information Services, preferably within a mid-sized,
multi-site organization. Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge supporting and managing enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, storage, backup and disaster recovery.
This includes, but is not limited to, various versions of Microsoft Hyper-V, Veeam, Windows Server OS, Windows Desktop OS, SQL, SCCM, Azure and Office 365. Solid project management skills with demonstrated experience planning and delivering technology implementations, infrastructure upgrades, migrations and other IT projects. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, meet established timelines and respond effectively to changing operational requirements.
Experience working with IT vendors, contractors and service providers, including evaluating solutions, coordinating implementations and monitoring service delivery. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including identity and access management, network and endpoint security, patch and vulnerability management, incident response, backup and disaster recovery. Demonstrated business analysis and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated organization and time management skills. Demonstrated supervisory or people management experience is required. The salary range is $89,097 to $121,574 commensurate with experience, with a generous benefits package, vacation and leave provisions. #
