You will lead the asset care strategy for the G3TV site, driving safety, professionalism, and operational excellence. This role oversees all repairs, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvements across site infrastructure. Cultivate a "Target Zero" safety culture and ensure strict compliance with provincial/federal regulations for all workers and contractors.

Team & HR Management: Directly supervise and develop the maintenance team, overseeing performance management, coaching,



and labor relations in a unionized workplace.

Maintenance Planning: Plan and execute asset care for all material handling equipment, automation systems, utilities, and buildings. Manage the maintenance budget and optimize spare parts inventory and procurement.

Journeyperson

Millwright, Mechanical Engineering Technologist, or a Mechanical Engineering degree. minimum 3 years of supervisory experience (union supervision experience preferred).
