The Software Engineer Technical lead will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, architecting robust software solutions and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products while living the 360 values. They will be a subject matter expert within the team and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive techical strategy, provide mentorship and oversee the development process from conception to deployment. while using our values as an anchor to influence decisions, and formulate short-term plans. NET and experience leading technical discussions with other developers is essential for this role.

Architect, design and implement scalable and secure software solutions using .NET Initiate and participate in technical decisions affecting the larger development organization. Collaborate with product owners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications and deliver on the product and technical roadmaps. Identify and address technical challenges and risks, and implement effective solutions.

Act as a liaison between the Enterprise Architecture team and Agile Software Delivery team, proposing solutions to the Architectural Review Board. Collaborate with other technical leads and architecture team to adhere to Product & Engineering Tenets: Avoid throw-away work serving short-term or module-specific goals.



Phase out modules or services slated for retirement.

Advocate for appropriate upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning options for modules, capabilities, and other services Strong knowledge and experience with C#, NET or other software as required by the role Proven experience as a Software Technical Lead or in a similar leadership role Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration Understanding of SOLID principles and their application in software design Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and best practices for secure software development Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
