Curtiss-Wright Nuclear Canada (CWNC) is seeking a Lead Business Development Specialist in Newmarket, Ontario, to drive growth, identify recent opportunities and lead major proposals. This role focuses on strategic partnerships, pipeline development, and high-value captures with travel up to 50%.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5–10 years in BD, capture management or strategic sales, and a proven track record of leading complex bids.
