Triple Eight Transport Inc. in Abbotsford, BC, is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing across our property portfolio, maximize occupancy, and optimize rental performance.

You will lead strategy, market analysis, and renewals while ensuring compliance and robust tenant relationships. The role requires 5+ years in leasing or property management, knowledge of BC Residential Tenancy Act, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
