STUDIObyU is a modern self-portrait photography studio where customers take skilled-quality photos without a photographer. We provide a beautifully designed space, high-end equipment, and a seamless experience that allows clients to capture their best moments independently.
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented Studio Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and being part of a creative, customer-focused business.
As the face of the studio, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and memorable experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude
- Explain how the self-photo studio works (camera, lighting, remote system)
- Prepare and reset studio rooms between sessions (cleaning, organizing props, checking equipment)
- Assist customers with photo selection, editing and printing.
- Handle basic customer inquiries in person, by phone,
or via messages
- Take and process passport or ID photos for customers
- Manage bookings using our system
- Support customers during their session when needed
Experience
- Strong communication skills, time management, phone etiquette, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
- Adobe Photoshop experience would be a great asset but not fully required (training will be provided)
- Bilingual abilities (English & Korean) would be a great asset
