Lifetime Behavioural Services is looking for a Supervised Instructor Therapist (IT) to join our growing team. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working directly with clients and is interested in gaining hands-on experience in ABA. The candidate will work 1:1 with children, teens, and/or adults in their homes and community settings. You will be supported by and work under the direction of a Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A., Ont.).

Responsibilities:

- Providing 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in home and in community settings.
- Follow individualized programs and treatment plans developed by the Behaviour Analyst
- Implement programs to increase skills across various domains (e.g., communication, social skills, play, leisure, daily living, independence, etc.)
- Collect data and complete session notes
- Use prompting, reinforcement, and other teaching strategies as trained.
- Share updates, observations, and concerns with the supervising Behaviour Analyst
- Attend supervision, training, and team meetings as required
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families

Requirements

- Education or current studies in Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, Child and Youth Care,



Social Work, or a related field.
- Previous ABA or experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is an asset
- Someone who is patient, reliable, posiitve, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback and work as part of a clinical team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes
