Crew members may work in Grill, Front of House/Cashier, Drive-Thru, Garnish, or Order Taking, depending on business needs.

Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Night Shift Supervisor at Harvey's! In this leadership role, you will oversee nightly restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, exceptional QSC and food safety standards, outstanding customer experiences. Your passion for food service and leadership will drive the success of our restaurant during the overnight hours, creating memorable experiences for our guests while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Comprehensive training will be provided on positional skills and brand standards.

Supervisor :

Responsibilities

- Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations during the overnight shift, including taking orders in Drive thru, food preparation, cooking, serving, and cleaning.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of Quality , Service and Cleanliness including food safety.
- Manage cash handling process and POS systems
- Coach and train associates to support their development.
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels while enforcing restaurant policies.

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong supervisory skills with previous experience managing teams in restaurant or hospitality settings.
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling protocols, and kitchen safety practices.




- Leadership qualities including team management, multi tasking, and executing brand standards and policies

Crew member -Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide excellent service.
- Operate the cash/POS system and process payments.
- Prepare burgers, fries, sides, and other menu items according to Harvey’s standards.
- Assemble orders accurately, including toppings and customer modifications.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas.
- Ensure food is hot, fresh, accurate, and served promptly.
- Follow food-safety and restaurant procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy periods and support other team members when needed.
- Promote applicable menu items, upgrades, sides, drinks, and desserts.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications
- 3–6 months of restaurant or customer-service experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain food-safety standards.
- Availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Full -Time availability
- Available to work until 4am closings
