To support our growth, we are expanding our Talent Pool: a program designed to attract motivated students who want to gain hands-on experience in the energy sector. Depending on your profile and our team's focus, you'll work closely on key projects in a dedicated Return team.
Your impact
As part of our Talent Pool, you'll play an active role in our core operations, working closely with colleagues across teams on projects that drive Return's growth. From contributing to market and site analyses, coordinating with stakeholders, or supporting with strategic initiatives, you'll be actively involved in the decisions that shape our portfolio and international expansion.
It's a hands-on role where you'll gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute directly to a company at the forefront of the energy transition.
What you will do
Your role may take many shapes, and could involve:
- Conducting research to support business development or project planning
- Organizing our annual external stakeholder event and other key commercial events
- Preparing for and attending international industry events alongside the team
- Developing and refining presentations, proposals, and strategic documents
- Supporting the commercial team with junior analyst tasks, such as market screening, financial input and deal preparation
- Supporting Marketing & Comms with content, campaigns and external communication
What you bring
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive mindset and team-oriented attitude
- Availability for 24 hours per week, with in-office presence on designated days
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- Enrolled in a university program (Bachelor or Master)
