As a Team Assistant in the Commercial Auto Division, you will provide exceptional administrative and operational support for the Commercial Auto Specialists and Insurance Advisors. We are seeking a self‑motivated individual with a robust attention to detail to join our Langley – Willowbrook location in a Temporary Full‑Time position.

Our Willowbrook branch is centrally located near Willowbrook Shopping Centre. The hours for this position will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. You’ll assist Commercial Auto Specialists and Insurance Advisors with all aspects of servicing Commercial Auto ICBC accounts You’ll perform ICBC fleet transactions at the request and direction of Commercial Auto Specialist and Insurance Advisors You’ll assist with the maintenance of fleet accounts You’ll provide a high-level of service to both internal and external clients You’ll be supporting the Administrator/Batcher with the functions of ICBC transacting batching Conducting quality checks and correcting documents to ensure there are no errors Assisting with inventory control Level 1 General Insurance License or be willing to obtain within 3 months of hire Superior client service & telephone manners Strong computer skills Asset experience that will make you stand out: You have or are working towards an industry designation Previous Commercial Auto insurance experience Tuition financing and career‑related training and development Customizable flexible benefits options for you and your family Ongoing personal and career development HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid‑time‑off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
