We are seeking an ERP Technical Solutions Specialist who will play a pivotal role in delivering successful customer outcomes across two core service areas: # Implementation and delivery of docuflow for SAP (d4SAP) This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, solution implementation, and customer collaboration.

You will work closely with sales, architects, developers, and project managers while owning hands‑on execution for ERP and ECM migrations, integrations, and SAP – connected docuflow solutions. Participate in requirements gathering and design workshops with customers to understand ERP/ECM content management needs Analyze existing client content structures, data models, and source systems to support effective migration and integration strategies Design, execute, and monitor content migrations from legacy ECM platforms (e.g., Box, SharePoint Online, etc.) Extract, transform, and load structured and unstructured content while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity Perform data validation, reconciliation, and post‑migration quality checks Report on migration status, risks, and key metrics to project leadership Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to reusable migration patterns docuflow for SAP – Implementation & Delivery Participate in requirements gathering and design workshops with customers to understand ERP and content management needs Configure and implement d4SAP solutions aligned with customer business processes Support implementations across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA,



including ArchiveLink and related document management scenarios Assist with solution provisioning, configuration, testing, and deployment Deliver solution walkthroughs and demonstrations to customers during implementation Support go‑live activities and provide post‑implementation support as needed Create and maintain technical and functional documentation Cross Functional & Project Contributions ~ Collaborate with project managers to support planning, estimates, and delivery timelines ~ Support internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives ~ Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders 5+ years in client-facing consulting/delivery ~ ERP + ECM implementation, migration, and/or integration experience ~ Presales support (demos, technical Q&A;) ~ Comfortable balancing hands‑on delivery with customer engagement ~ Manages multiple workstreams in active projects ~ Comfortable presenting solutions to technical and executive audiences Technical Skills ~ ECM/ERP content platforms: Box, SharePoint Online, M-Files, Documentum, eDocs, Kiteworks, Onbase, OpenText, FileNet (and similar) ~ SAP ~ SAP‑integrated document management solutions ~ Exposure to SuccessFactors, BTP, and SAP cloud apps ~ Databases: SQL, Oracle, DB2 ~ Storage: on‑prem (NAS/SAN) and cloud object storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob, etc.) ~ Azure: networking, virtualization, containers ~ Java; Reporting to: ERP Services Delivery Manager Location: This role is primarily based in North America (remote work from home), but travel may be.
