Technical Support Specialist — QuickChart
Location: Ontario | Pay: $25/hour CAD
QuickChart is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to help healthcare professionals use our AI-powered clinical platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, timely support by email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with onboarding.
- Help users navigate clinical workflows and EMR integrations.
- Document issues and coordinate with our development team.
Requirements
- Based in Ontario (Sudbury or London ON)
- Previous experience working in healthcare.
- Working knowledge of common EMRs, including Accuro, PS Suite, and OSCAR.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality.
