COSReady is a Canadian beauty and wellness technology company helping customers discover local businesses and helping beauty professionals attract clients and manage their businesses.

Our Beauty Map lets customers explore nearby salons, spas, beauty studios and wellness providers, browse photos of their work, compare services and pricing, and find booking options. More than 220 local businesses have joined COSReady across Toronto and the GTA.

For business owners, COSReady also provides tools for appointment booking, client management, marketing and AI front desk support.

COSReady is the official Beauty & Fashion Zone Sponsor of the 2026 Toronto National Women’s Show. Our booth will introduce visitors to the COSReady app and showcase participating local beauty and wellness businesses.

About the role

We are hiring two outgoing, experienced event staff who enjoy starting conversations, demonstrating products and turning interest into action.

Your main focus will be engaging attendees, explaining how COSReady helps them discover local services, and encouraging app downloads and registrations.

This prospect is particularly suited to candidates with experience in beauty or skincare sales, event promotions, consumer app promotion, or technology demonstrations.

Responsibilities

Proactively approach attendees and introduce COSReady in a friendly, confident way.

Demonstrate the app and Beauty Map, tailoring your explanation to each visitor’s interests.

Help interested visitors download the app, create an account and explore featured businesses.





Highlight participating beauty and wellness businesses and campaign offers.

Answer basic questions and connect interested business owners or beauty professionals with the COSReady team.

Distribute promotional materials and help track visitor engagement and registrations.

Keep the booth welcoming and organized, and assist with light setup and pack-down.

Requirements

Previous experience in face-to-face sales or relevant trade show floor promotion is required.

Confident approaching unfamiliar people, explaining product benefits and encouraging purchases, registrations or product trials.

Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Comfortable using smartphones and tablets, learning a new app and giving simple demonstrations.

Reliable, punctual and able to stay engaged in a busy event environment.

Available for all three days: November 6, 7 and 8.

Experience in beauty retail, salon or spa sales, app promotion, or software demonstrations is an asset. Additional languages are welcome.
