We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Recreational Sales & Finance Specialist to join our team. This position combines vehicle sales, finance coordination, showroom management, and social media marketing.

Responsibilities

- Sell recreational vehicles and related products to customers.

- Guide customers through the purchasing process from initial contact to delivery.

- Assist customers with financing options and complete finance contract documentation.

- Maintain the appearance and presentation of all units on the showroom floor and lot.

- Ensure vehicles are clean, properly displayed, and customer-ready at all times.

- Create and manage Facebook posts featuring inventory, promotions, customer deliveries, and dealership events.

- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

- Follow up with leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.

- Work closely with management and finance partners to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications





- Previous sales experience is an asset.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Comfortable using social media platforms, especially Facebook.

- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic computer skills and ability to complete paperwork accurately.

- Finance experience is considered an asset but training will be provided.
