Position Description
- Attending and engaging in bi-weekly PPU Executive meetings
- Submitting budget proposals at the beginning of each semester on behalf of the PPU.
- Tracking the financial activities of the PPU with the budget created for each semester.
- Approving, in conjunction with the President(s), all PPU expenditures.
- Submitting and managing cheque requests for all Executive Committee members.
- Ensuring adequate sources of funding for PPU events, workshops, and initiatives.
- Help manage compensation owed to EUS photographers for paid work in conjunction with the President(s).
Requirement
- Applicants must be members of the EUS (aka. an undergraduate student in McGill's Engineering Faculty)
