About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Leader to spearhead the development and expansion of its technology, data, and AI advisory practice within the energy and infrastructure sector, with a focus on power, utilities, and renewables. This senior, client-facing leadership role demands a professional with a minimum of 10-15 years' experience, deeply rooted in the industry, and possessing a robust background in technology and data.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technology diligence and data and AI value creation initiatives for PE sponsors and infrastructure funds. Key responsibilities include practice leadership and growth, full-lifecycle deal advisory, client and stakeholder management,



and firm leadership and collaboration.

The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in sector practice building, business development, and the ability to lead and mentor staff in the operational, regulatory, and technology nuances specific to the sector.

The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a background in technology consultancy, a boutique advisory firm, or as an operator in the industry, and should be prepared to take on a leadership position that goes beyond the delivery of services to include significant business development and firm-wide collaboration.

The role is remote-first, with a strong preference for candidates with a deep alignment to the sector, and is open to individuals based anywhere in North America.
