You will provide administrative support, monitor service activities, and promote Viking’s products to enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: - Answer customer service inquiries professionally - Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priorities - Plan and coordinate technicians' monthly schedules - Maintain service documentation and records - Provide basic technical assistance as needed
Requirements: - Administrative certificate or relevant experience - Minimum 2 years in a similar role is an asset - Strong computer skills with Windows software - Excellent customer service abilities - Resourceful with valuable work organization
