- Manage daily maintenance of facilities and grounds
- Supervise and schedule maintenance staff activities
- Train service personnel on company protocols
- Conduct various repairs using hand and power tools
- Maintain sales floor standards through upkeep tasks

Requirements:

- Previous supervisory experience highly valued
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities required
- General knowledge of retail and housekeeping principles
- Ability to work 28 hours weekly, Monday to Friday
- P.A.L license may be required; training available
