The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the 3D art pipeline and technical aspects to perform across platforms, from AAA to mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities:



- Optimize art pipelines and build technical standards - Develop advanced materials and stunning real-time effects - Create performant terrain materials using Unreal Engine - Balance performance features tailored for various platforms - Serve as the technical bridge between disciplines
Requirements: - Strong grasp of lighting, color theory, and PBR standards - Proven experience in Photoshop and the Substance Suite - Knowledge of UE5 Blueprint scripting and OOP principles - Detail-oriented problem solver with technical art challenges - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
