Plant Supervisors
to support water treatment facilities throughout Canada. Depending on operational requirements and location, this role may be site-based or involve travel to support multiple facilities nationally. We are looking for safety-focused leaders with experience in
industrial plant operations, water treatment, mining, maintenance, or process operations
who enjoy rotational schedules and site-based work. These are
permanent, full time positions

Coordinate daily water treatment plant operations while building and maintaining strong relationships with client site management, contractors, and operational personnel.Supervise plant operators and visiting Junior Process Engineers, providing process training, mentorship, coaching, and professional development support.Execute onboarding and training programs for site-based personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational best practices.Lead all aspects of water treatment plant operations and maintenance, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency gains, and operational excellence.Manage plant inventories, including chemicals, consumables, tools, materials, and PPE, coordinating procurement and reorders with site owners and vendors.Analyze, interpret,
and report plant performance data and operational KPIs to site leadership, operations management, and head office teams.Provide visible leadership in health, safety, environmental compliance, and risk management.Support the Technology Development Group through process data reconciliation, reagent consumption analysis, and plant utilization reporting.Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Management.Qualifications & Eligibility
Minimum
3 years of experience
in industrial plant operations, maintenance, technical operations, or a related process environment;
at least 1 in wastewater treatment is an assetDemonstrated experience working in site-based industrial environments with a strong safety culture.Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard workplace software applications.Experience preparing operational reports, performance metrics, and technical documentation.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, operations teams, and other stakeholders.Commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and workplace safety.Preferred:
Experience in
water treatment plants, wastewater treatment, industrial process plants, mining operations,
or environmental services, with relevant water treatment certifications or operator credentials considered a strong asset.Preferred:
Degree, diploma, or technical education in a related discipline (e.G.,
Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing, Hydrometallurgy, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Operations );
bilingualism in
English and French
