Account Processing Officer

What's the Job?
Process credit card requests related to
credit balance refunds ,
payment reversals ,
rejected transactions, and
exception issues .Review and process credit card request files while applying the appropriate rules and regulations to ensure consistency and accuracy.Research and investigate administrative requests, ensuring each transaction is handled correctly and documented appropriately.Collaborate with colleagues and management to support high-quality client service and continuous improvement.Support process streamlining and, when needed, provide guidance to more junior staff.
What's Needed?
Accuracy & attention to detail
to ensure transactions are processed correctly.Multi-tasking and strong organization
to manage multiple request types efficiently.Microsoft Office (intermediate)
skills to support daily work and documentation.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism and service focus.Comfort working with rules-based processes and investigating exceptions to reach accurate outcomes.
