The Project Coordinator supports project managers in the planning, execution, and completion of projects by helping manage schedules, resources, documentation, and communication among team members and stakeholders. This role ensures projects stay organized, on track, and aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutesTrack project progress and follow up on action itemsMaintain project documentation, reports, and recordsCommunicate project updates to team members and stakeholdersMonitor deadlines and help ensure milestones are metSupport budget tracking and resource allocationIdentify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when neededCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partnersEnsure compliance with company processes, standards, and policiesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related fieldProven experience in project coordination, administration,



or a similar roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPointFamiliarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or SmartsheetAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsProject management certification or coursework such as CAPM or PMPExperience steam turbines, Generators, auxiliaries120 within Nuclear domain is definitely a plus Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, lean or ScrumCompensation:$60/hr to $75/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
