We are seeking a Quality Manager with over 15 years of experience in QMS for major construction projects. This vital role involves overseeing quality standards, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvements. You will ensure adherence to rigorous safety and quality specifications while managing inspections and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control program • Prepare and maintain Project Quality Plan and related procedures • Conduct inspections and evaluate non-conformances • Plan and monitor QA/QC audits across project phases • Propose improvements based on quality data and analyses
Requirements: • Minimum 15 years in QMS management in construction • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training preferred • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Experience in high-risk environments like nuclear
