About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and seasoned General Manager to lead operations and drive growth in Kimberley . This comprehensive leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of the business unit, including operations, sales, finance, and human resources, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Oversee the daily operations of the business unit, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets and market expansion. Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L;) for the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.



Lead and develop a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management or general management role. Proven track record of successfully managing P&L; and driving business growth. Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills. Broad understanding of business operations, finance, marketing, and human resources.
