Our clinic, located inOakville, ONare looking for a passionate, hard-workingDental Administrator on afull-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 30-32 hours per week
• Tues, Wed, Thurs and Saturdays, some Fridays

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1+ year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate would be great
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
