As a Supervisor, you’ll provide leadership, ensure compliance with policies, and foster a culture of inclusion and respect. Your role is integral to creating a nurturing environment where learning thrives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to staff in daily activities
• Supervise and guide team interactions with children
• Oversee operations of the child care site
• Communicate with parents and community partners
• Model the “How Does Learning Happen?” pedagogy
Requirements:
• Registered Early Childhood Educator in good standing
• At least 1 year of Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of the Child Care and Early Years Act
• Up-to-date Immunizations and Vulnerable Sector Check
• Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification
