Protect and serve at West Edmonton Mall as a Security Agent. In this energetic role, you will ensure safety by managing risks and responding to emergencies every shift.
As a Security Agent, you will patrol the premises and identify hazards while preventing crime and disorder. This position requires knowledge of security protocols and effective communication with guests and employees. You’ll also engage with emergency services to maintain a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol internal and external mall premises for hazards
• Prevent crime within West Edmonton Mall's boundaries
• Follow security department protocols and procedures
• Manage traffic flow effectively during busy times
• Engage with guests and tenants as a service agent
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clear abstract
• Strong communication skills and ability to pass a written exam
• Fitness test is mandatory for all candidates
• SSIA License preferred but not required
• Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous
