Collectivfide Insurance Group is seeking a CFO to shape financial strategy and build a scalable finance function for growth, mergers, and value creation. You will partner with the CEO and Board to drive organic growth and acquisitions while strengthening systems and capital efficiency. The role blends enterprise strategy with hands-on execution, including financial modelling, due diligence, debt/ equity planning, reporting, and investor relations. A CPA/MBA and insurance experience are preferred.
