Portable Electric Ltd. is seeking a Customer Success Representative in Vancouver to support onboarding, retention, and adoption of our portable power products.You will be the first contact for customer inquiries, build strong relationships, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maximize value. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Customer Success or related roles, strong communication, and a proactive, organized approach in a fast-paced setting.
