This role involves coaching staff, ensuring safety standards, and improving customer experiences. You'll be responsible for training team members, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing sales strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the grocery department team
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards




• Analyze financial reports and identify improvement opportunities
• Implement merchandising plans to increase sales
• Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of retail experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Food Safe Certification required
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
