A local South Calgary client is searching for an experiencedShipper/Receiver candidate to join their team.

Shipper/ReceiverWage: $20/hour

Shipper/ReceiverResponsibilities:

- Inspect machinery before use to ensure it is working properly.
- Unload product from incoming trucks
- Identify shortages/damages and communicate with pertaining parties upon receiving a load
- Label the product correctly before storing it in designated coolers based on temperature
- Use of wireless RF Scanning equipment
- Select orders in an accurate and timely manner according to the picking slip
- Load orders accurately and safely in trucks as per the shipment confirmation
- Ensure receiving report, picking slip and shipment confirmation are completed as per company policies




- Handle product in a manner that prevents contamination and/or damage
- Ensure full compliance with all operating, sanitation and safety standards
- Other responsibilities relevant to the position will be assigned as required

Shipper/ReceiverRequirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High school diploma/GED required
- Lift up to 50 lbs

Shipper/ReceiverWage:

- $20/hour
