Key Responsibilities:
• Incorporate and organize corporate entities for clients
• Manage extra provincial registrations within and outside Nova Scotia




• Submit business and trade name registrations
• Prepare annual resolutions and necessary filings
• Track licensing compliance for various regulators
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of corporate paralegal experience
• Excellent attention to detail and technical skills
• Strong MS Office Suite competency
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Resourceful and qualified communication abilities
