REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience: High School Diploma; Holder ofthe Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training is an asset or willingness to follow it; No specific experience. A reading and writing test must also be successfully completed to be considered. Alternative Profile: No specific diploma and; One (1) to two (2) years of related experience (an asset). Knowledge and Abilities: Self-control; Sense of observation; Ability to work with the targeted clientele; Attentiveto details; Communication skills; Sense of accountability, resourcefulness and vigilance; Autonomous, adaptable and discrete.
