Under the direction of the Program Director, Surgical Services and Maternal Child, the Scheduler will be responsible for preparing and monitoring of staffing schedules for Alliance nursing unit staff, including Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Personal Support Workers and Unit Clerks.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION(S) Completion of High School Diploma required Completion of community college business or administrative assistant course, or equivalent experience, required Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and scheduling software Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills Ability to interact on a professional basis with nursing unit staff and Leaders Ability to establish good working relationships and maintain flexibility to meet the needs of multiple managers and units DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE(S) &
