POSITION Unit Aide DEPARTMENT Emergency Chatham STATUS Temporary Regular Part time (November 1, 2026 to June 26, 2028) SALARY RANGE $27.36 - 28.06 # OF POSITIONS 1 POSTING DATE 22 September 2026 BARGAINING UNIT UNIFOR ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill and Experience) ~ Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent. ~1 year experience in an institutional healthcare setting. ~ Knowledge in the identification and care of instruments and procedure trays. ~ Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. ~ Knowledge and skill to maintain supplies and equipment. ~ Ability to complete the required environmental cleaning. ~ Excellent communication/time management/priority setting skills. ~ Demonstrated knowledge of asepsis principles.
