The Second

Cook will work with the First Cook to ensure that all product meets quality standards as set out by Culinary leadership. The position involves a work from home lifestyle in a camp setting with the following amenities: Travel is provided to and from the site locations from designated locations in the Winnipeg, Thunder Bay, Dryden and surrounding area Private room with cable television Follow recipes, portion controls,



and presentation specifications Can be responsible for preparing and serving hot breakfast Assist in the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and serving areas Practice correct food handling guidelines and storage procedures Perform repetitive hand work requiring full use of both hands Large-scale cooking in camp settings, banquet halls and/or hotels is a strongasset Current Food Safe certification is preferred Ability to commit to a 2 week on/2 week off rotation Must have valid government issued photo ID for travel to site Perform repetitive hand work requiring full use of both hands Enjoy excellent work-life balance with a 2 week on/ 2 week off rotation Site locations are in remote settings, requiring either air travel to site, or via ground on our shuttle. You may be required to work nights, weekdays, weekends, and general holidays.

Wages are paid on an hourly basis with a starting rate of $20.91 per hour.
