- Provide administrative support to the Access to Innovation Program
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and logistics for committees
- Draft and distribute departmental and program correspondence
- Process financial materials, invoices, and budgets
- Maintain accurate records and document management systems
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with project coordination in a legal environment
- Ability to communicate in both official languages is an asset
