The Account

Executive focuses on building strong client relationships while proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You'll be building tailored insurance solutions for businesses of all sizes. This role will be based out of our Burnaby Still Creek head office location.

Conduct market research on prospects Network Manage pipeline of candidates through the use of CORE system Provide highest standard of client service Be flexible to the needs of each client Attend client meetings in Coastal trading area 5+ years of Commercial Insurance experience ~ Proven experience in sales process and account management ~ Level 2 General Insurance License ~ Recognized industry certification preferred (CAIB, CIP, CRM, BCIT Risk Management, etc.) We offer hands-on coaching and mentorship, alongside extensive sales training to ensure you succeed, today and tomorrow. The expected draw plus commission will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
