Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient treatment plans
• Supervise urine drug screening and perform drug tests




• Manage patient scripts and cancellations as per protocols
• Ensure competency in Electronic Medical Records management
• Facilitate OTN sessions and conduct CARE calls
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
• Certification in Medical Office Administration is an asset
• Experience with customer service in addiction is beneficial
• Recent Criminal Reference Check required
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification needed
